First of all: thank you for ordering the most glorious wedding package! I’m delighted to start working on the design of your dreams. 
The process starts with getting to know each other. Then after you’ve entered all your wishes in the form - we’ll schedule a video-call and dive a little deeper in your dreams and expectations. Preparing a moodboard beforehand, is highly advisable. This can just be 1 or 2 pages in PDF format with images of the colours and  flowers you’ve chosen for your wedding and any image that represents the vibe of your big day best. This is not mandatory, but it helps me to fully understand and see your wishes.

Together we set up a timeline, with several stages and  ‘rounds’, in which we discuss the designs. I work with a maximum of 5 feedback rounds. 
Before each round, I share the design in that particular stage, after which we will have a feedback videocall. 
I ask you to prepare this feedback moment well, there are only 5 of it. So gather your questions and remarks in the feedback form, so we can efficiently discuss all of it at once. In my experience, this works better than several emails of notes and feedback. 

When we have reached the final design, I’ll set the printer to work and you’ll receive the invitations on your doorstep shortly after.
